Terms of Service for Brevia Studio

Welcome to Brevia Studio! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our services, including but not limited to web design and development, app design and development, branding, old logo vectorization, video editing, and SEO services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to abide by these Terms.

1. Service Agreement

a. Scope of Services

Brevia Studio offers various digital marketing services as listed on our website or as agreed upon in writing. The specifics of each service will be outlined in a service agreement or project proposal.

b. Payment

Payment terms will be specified in the service agreement or project proposal. Payments are due according to the agreed-upon schedule, and failure to make timely payments may result in delays or termination of services refer our privacy policy for in detail information

c. Work in Progress

Once 50% of the work has been completed, there will be no refund available from our side. Additionally, 50% of the total amount must be paid before work commences.

2. Refund Policy

a. Refunds for Initial Payments

If the project is terminated before any work has commenced, the initial 50% payment will be refundable, minus any administrative fees or costs incurred by Brevia Studio.

b. No Refunds After Work Commencement

After work has commenced, no refunds will be available. This includes instances where 50% or more of the work has been completed.

c. Dissatisfaction with Work

If you are dissatisfied with the completed work, Brevia Studio will make reasonable efforts to address your concerns. However, no refunds will be provided once the work has been delivered and approved.




3. Intellectual Property

a. Ownership

Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, Brevia Studio retains ownership of all intellectual property rights, including but not limited to designs, logos, and code, created during the course of providing services.

b. License

Upon full payment for the services rendered, Brevia Studio grants you a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the deliverables for the intended purpose outlined in the service agreement.

4. Communication

a. Client Cooperation

You agree to provide timely feedback, information, and materials necessary for Brevia Studio to perform the services outlined in the service agreement.

b. Project Updates

Brevia Studio will provide regular updates on the progress of the project and may request feedback or approval from you at various stages.

5. Termination

a. Termination by Client

You may terminate the service agreement at any time by providing written notice to Brevia Studio. However, termination may be subject to cancellation fees or forfeiture of deposits, as outlined in the service agreement.

b. Termination by Brevia Studio

Brevia Studio reserves the right to terminate the service agreement if you fail to comply with these Terms, fail to make timely payments, or engage in conduct that hinders the completion of the project.

6. Limitation of Liability

a. Indirect Damages

In no event shall Brevia Studio be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising out of or related to the services provided, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption.

7. Governing Law

a. Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws , without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

8. Changes to Terms

a. Updates

Brevia Studio reserves the right to update these Terms at any time without prior notice. The most current version of the Terms will be posted on our website.
