6. Payment and Refunds:

a. No Refunds for Domains and Hosting: If Brevia Studio purchases domain names and hosting services on your behalf, these costs are non-refundable.

b. Work Completion: Once 50% of the work has been completed, no refunds will be issued. Additionally, 50% of the total amount must be paid before work commences.

c. App Development: If an app is 80% completed and the customer cancels the order, Brevia Studio reserves the right to withhold the app and related details.

7. Changes to Services and Terms:

a. Service Modification: Brevia Studio reserves the right to modify or discontinue any of our services at any time without prior notice.
